Licenses & Usage Rights

This page explains how you’re allowed to use the photos, videos, and other media we create, and how we use any third‑party assets on this site. If you have a question that isn’t covered here, reach out and we’ll clarify in writing.

Client media license

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Robles Media Group owns the copyright to all photos, videos, and media we create. When you hire us, you receive a broad commercial license to:

  • Use the media to market and sell the specific property

  • Use the media in your own marketing (website, social media, print, listing presentations, ads)

  • Share the media with your brokerage and MLS as needed to promote the listing

You may not:

  • Resell or give our media to third parties (stagers, contractors, other agents, brands) for their own marketing without our written permission

  • Edit the media in a way that misrepresents the property or our work

  • Claim the media was created by another provider

If you ever need expanded usage (for a builder, developer, or brand campaign), we’re happy to provide a custom license.

Portfolio & example use

We reserve the right to display photos, videos, and other media we create in our:
  • Website and online portfolio
  • Social media posts and ads
  • Printed materials and presentations
We do this to show examples of our work to other agents and clients. If you have a sensitive project and prefer it not be shown publicly, tell us in advance and we’ll note that on your account.

Website images & graphics

All images and videos on this site are original work created by Robles Media Group and are protected by copyright. They may not be downloaded, screenshot, or reused without our written permission, except where clearly provided as a downloadable resource.

Icons & fonts

This website may use icons and fonts provided by third parties (for example, system icons, Google Fonts, or other font libraries). These assets are used under their respective licenses and remain the property of their original creators.

Questions about licensing?

If you’re unsure whether a specific use is allowed, email us and we’ll confirm in writing. It’s always easier to ask first than fix it later.
